HOW TO SHIP

1. REQUEST A QUOTE

Submit basic shipping details through our TRANSPORT REQUEST form, including the item description, dimensions (if applicable), and pickup and delivery locations. One of our logistics professionals will review your request and follow up to confirm the details.

2. GET PRICING

We will provide you with pricing and available pickup and delivery dates based on quotes from federally licensed freight brokers and insured motor carriers within our network.

3. BOOK YOUR CARRIER

After selecting a carrier option, you will provide complete shipping details and select your preferred payment method. Payments can be securely processed through our customer portal or via phone with one of our agents. We accept Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and all major Credit/Debit cards.

4. COMMUNICATION

The assigned carrier or driver will contact you directly to arrange exact pickup and delivery times. Additionally, a dedicated dispatcher will be available to assist and support you throughout the shipping process.

5. TRACKING

You may contact the carrier directly for real-time updates and tracking during transit. GPS tracking can be provided upon request.

6. DELIVERY

Upon delivery, payment will be made to the carrier according to your chosen payment method:

  • For Cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle payments, you will pay the driver directly at delivery.

  • For Credit/Debit card payments, your card will be charged at the time of pickup, and funds will be released to the carrier upon delivery confirmation.
