HOW TO SHIP

1. REQUEST A QUOTE

Submit basic shipping details through a TRANSPORT REQUEST, including the item name, dimensions (if required), and pickup and delivery locations. A logistics professional will follow up to discuss your shipping details further and confirm your request.

2. GET PRICING

We will provide you pricing and available pickup and delivery dates from licensed and insured carriers in our network. 

3. BOOK YOUR CARRIER

Once you have selected a carrier, you will be required to provide your complete shipping details and choose your preferred payment method. You can securely enter your payment information through the customer portal, or a shipping agent will contact you to process your payment over the phone. We accept Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit/Debit Cards.

4. COMMUNICATION

The driver assigned to your shipment will contact you to arrange specific pickup and delivery dates and times. Additionally, a dedicated dispatcher will be available to assist you throughout the transit period.

5. TRACKING

While in transit, feel free to reach out to the carrier anytime for real-time tracking of your shipment. GPS tracking is available upon request.

6. DELIVERY

Upon accepting delivery, you will either pay the driver directly in cash or certified funds, or we will release the funds to the driver, depending on your chosen payment method.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
- CASHAPP/VENMO/ZELLE: Direct payment to the driver upon delivery.
- CASH: Direct payment to the driver upon delivery.
- CREDIT/DEBIT: Your card will be charged when the shipment is picked up, and funds will be released to the trucking company/driver upon confirmation of delivery. Pre-arrangement of this payment method is required at the time of booking.
